I have been following a lot of UA-camrs who post infrastructure updates from across India but they only focus on Northern India , Gujarat, Maharastra finally someone has decided to give infra update from Southern States

Most of the infrastructure development in south India is being done by State Governments but north and Western India infrastructure development are being done by Central Government, despite this biased treatment, south is outdone all parts of India.
Northern states don't have money
north and north east doesn't have industrial power like south that can generate big state revenues..centre allocates a good sum to south states as well...don't bring a biased unbiased bs..support the nation collectively.

In india we are building so many Mega structures. But when drought comes states fight each other for water. We have abundant water resources & rivers flowing to sea. We need to hold water as much as we can for atleast 5 years by building enough reservoirs, Dams, check dams etc.Water is the essential commodity for all living beings, agriculture, Industries and the demand keep increasing and we need access to water 24 hours a day rather than few hours in a day. Govt of India and all the states should work together to link the rivers from north to south. And make sure very less water get into sea.We are not securing the natural resource but trying to build highways and airports and other Infra projects in a massive way.
Why not purchase old oil tankers to be sold for metal scrap and use it for water storage.
Sagarmala is under construction.
Promotion of Rainwater harvesting is the better choice. Dams are dangerous and are very harmful to the eco system.
In Kerala too, we have saritha solar system which is worlds most advanced, indigenous gold process unit a joint venture with Kerala govt and swapna Suresh and company. K Rail and advanced road system with Netherlands water way system. This is by far the best road development technology ever where we can drive cars and sail boats at same time. Also rise of new companies, manufacturing units and industries thanks to LDF govt. In 10 years we will be most promising Indian state with self sustainability and development .

Due to Kerala India is facing shipment problem as government was trying to build a large port in Kerala which could have helped India but people of Kerala don’t know why protested against it now government had to build the port in Andaman and Nicobar Island .The port could have increased socio-Economic development in Kerala and would have also increase Tourism and FDI but now all the benefits will go to Andaman and Nicobar Islands also government of India was try to make Kerala a copper producing hub which could have increased our import bills and could have helped in exports but there also people of Kerala protested .Kerala have high tourism potential but they are not exploring those sectors -That’s why inspite of high literacy Kerala is not contributing to Countries GDP as per it’s potential
UP Maharashtra Telangana Gujarat Odisha are planning for 1 trillion economy but I don’t see Kerala taking any major steps in that direction and if that goes on they would be third world state inside India in coming future they would have to stop protesting in every development project and should cooperate with Central government otherwise Central government would stop to focus on Kerala

Sadly no development, no expressway in areas of central , central- western Karnataka.( Dharwad , Shivamogga has two international airports , also closer to Goa , Karnataka seaports )Connect these two districts with ten lane Expressway , hardly 180 km. Well deserved. Bangalore is over populated , very dense. Extreme denser in coming years . South India has advantage of coastal belt , hence seaports.

All state Govt initiatives by TRS Govt run by KCR. KCR is a visionary leader he has delivered consistent 12-13% GDP growth for last 8 years with no major inputs from center. His policies are visionary and executes works at high speeds. While Hoover Dam and 3 Gorges dam are super massive but Kaleshawaram and Mission Bhageeratha are super complex and super expensive and the whole project makes foreign projects look like peanuts. This was executed in record 4 years time and costed twice the cost of Mumbai-Delhi expressway.

Yes, there looks great development and I am pretty sure growth shown is only 10 percent in the video for example in Telangana (state I live) has lot more and more like the Pharma city, Hyderabad RRR, many express ways like Hyderabad to Vizac, Nagpur to Vijayawada, hyd to Indore etc, warangal textile park, many lift irrigation plants like Kaleshwram (worlds largest lift irrigation project),and many and many from TS it self are missing, like this All the states from South of indian are experience a development in industrial and Infrastructure sectors are missing in the video.
But most fascinating thing is out of 5states in the video four are ruled by Regional partys (exept karnatak) and beauty is the coordination of all these states with Center is great inspite of all the agreements and disagreements.
Vision of Modi and most of the leaders in these states are same but difference in approach.

Clearly, government spending is propping up the construction sector at a time of industrial and RE downturn. But the interest cost of capex needs to be recouped fast or this will turn into a sectoral debt trap. Guessing we will be looking at trade barriers and treaties soon for assured revenues and IRR.

This is just a bucket in the big sea. We actually need to do more. What China did in 20 years we should aim to do in 10 and then may be we complete it in 20. Much more much more this should be our motto. We have a very small window of 25 years to turnaround the things for us. I don’t mind paying extra for petrol if govt is investing in such projects. India's every state including long neglected north east is under massive infrastructure development. That is what present government is doing.
Bangalore and Hyderabad are leading the way in terms of development... Chennai is becoming the sick man of South India with Dravidian goons, creating an anti business atmosphere. It does help when a kannadiga runs Bangalore, a telugu runs Hyderabad, but non Tamil Dravidians ruining Chennai.
Other Southern states need to catch up with Tamil Nadu in total development
