This is an excellent tutorial for those starting out so inspiring. Do mind telling us what lens focal length you used and also the camera settings you used so we can get a rough idea of the correct camera settings. Beautiful beautiful work!
For this shot I used 1/400s ISO 100 F16 But it always depends on your set and the sunlight you got:) Just try and figure out what works best for your Set. I hope that helps:)
@@natascha.lindemann thank you !! i will try again ! ♥️ I got it once but for some reason can not seem to make it work again 🤦♀️ even with similar settings ! Could of just been an off day 😊😊
First of all, please don't get me wrong, you made really stunning images. But, I consider you really lucky that you live in a place that has really "friendly" sunlight. I mean, you can set your camera to handheld, high shutter speed, low ISO, and small aperture. It has to be a really powerful light to make it possible, and that's why most product photographers need a studio flash to capture such images. Also, you still have some time to arrange the set and the light almost doesn't change at all. And not forget to mention, you can easily access a really big art store that has almost everything you need to make a beautiful set, at a low price. That's every product photographer's wish I think. So, for educational purposes, yes I agree that anyone can make stunning images on a low budget. But if anyone is inspired and wants to recreate your work with the same camera settings in a different location on earth, I think not everyone will have the same advantage as yours. It's just a note so if anyone tries to follow your advice, they also have to look at whether their situation is possible or not to get those kinds of images. So they don't get frustrated and distrust your advice if they failed. But anyway, as a fellow beauty product still-life photographer, I support you to keep creating stunning images!
You are certainly right that not everywhere in the world has hard sunlight. But I still think that you can make great Pictures with simple methods under any conditions and would therefore perhaps shoot another video on cloudy lighting conditions to show a few example sets and to help these people:)
My favorite setup is definitely the one with the wooden boxes! But all of them are so simple yet amazing!
Thank you so much
this is great! I was having trouble sourcing paper and then you helped me remember the art store has them!!!
So beautiful and inspirational! You really don't need much for stunning images!
Thats true:) I am happy that I could inspire you

That's really great. But for me the price in 30 euro is very expensive depending to currency rate and place where I live. Commonly I liked the video
