- At Mohana Madhilo farms we grow all vegetables organically, avoiding use of any kind of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Mohana Madhilo is our weekend home / Farmhouse.
In today's video I am going to explain the construction process, materials used, construction cost etc... for making our farmhouse / house. Starting from house layout plan making without help of architect, sourcing materials like WPC door frames, UPVC sliding windows, UPVC roofing sheets etc... cost of Bricks, cement, tapi mestri, labour, robo dust, kankara, tiles, flooring, asian paints Royal, painter, Ikea shopping etc...
We grow vegetables like Tomato, Brinjal / vankaya, Carrot, Radish / Mullangi, beetroot, ladies finger / Bendakaya, taro / Chamagadda / Chamadumpa, snake gourd / Potlakaya, bitter gourd / Kakarakaya, ridge gourd / beerakaya, pumpkin / gummadikaya, yellow cucumber / Dosa kaya, chilli / Mirchi, cluster beans / chikudukaya, beans, zucchini, mint / Pudina, Coriander / kothimeera, palak / palakura, malabar palak, tamarind / Chintapandu, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, gongura, parsley, celery, bottle gourd / sorakaya, pichuka potlakaya / Snake gourd, dondakaya, akakarakaya etc...
We also have fruit trees like mango /mamidi, jackfruit / panasa, water apple, star fruit, Promogrante / danimma, orange / santra, coconut / kobbari kaya, banana / arati, papaya / pappidi, sapota, custard apple / seethaphal etc...
Rose, Lilly, marigold, Jasmine, moss rose, ganneru, hibiscus, chamanti, Petunia, Gazania, Calendula,Torenia, Spider lilly, Aster, Kalonge, Dahlia, hanging heliconia, bird of paradise are some of the flower plants which we grow. enjoy the video.

Few points :
1) I liked your narration.
2) I liked the way you used "mana farm house" word frequently.
3) I felt the overall cost bit expensive, but i am sure , it will be overriden with the satisfaction you got.
4) Hope you are fully utilising your farm house.
5) If it is ok, can you tell us the cost of the land , how many acres and its location.( just for knowledge purpose)
6) I would suggest you to start "goshala".

The farm is near Doltabad, 20km from chegunta & 30km from Gajwel.
Price is around 50 to 1cr andi depending on the approach road.

Absolutely andi, farmhouse is supposed to be open and spacious as there is no scarcity of land at farm. We made a room which is 16 x 24 which serves as Hall with 4 beds

In South West area, you should NOT have septic tank. North West may be appropriate. Suggest to have vastu checked with any reliable vastu consultant.

Glad you liked our video, we have not taken any permission andi, but after construction for electrical connection we have paid tax to the village panchayat office.

Ok. Pls find out your mandal ADE office, then you need to fill the application with address proof and some Rs. 60/- application fee DD, then there will be a survey and estimate will be given. Once the estimated amount DD is submitted work will start.
