FUN FACT: Supercell admitted to purposelly create extremely broken brawlers to get more sales on the early purchase. THEN they balance it with the right nerfs. So yeah, Supercell just doesn’t make balanced brawlers.
i think he should get a minor speed buff so that he can keep brawlers that thrive on short range at the tip of his range

Tbh he should not be a legendary. Even if he hits with the tip of his attack, its not crazy damage. His super would be good but looking at it, it does not deal that much damage. The only good part about him is his last stand gadget and his health
He deals 160 per projectile in his super.
Rarity isn't based on how strong a brawler is, it's based on how a brawler works . Thankfully though, he got buffer and will probably break the game
