Adesanya by far has been the most active UFC champion .. his debut year I believe he fought 4 or 5 times...testimony of how great his mental and physical fortitude...he's had a splendid kickboxing and mma career💯💯💯

Actually this gym seems to have the most well thought out and technical training i’ve seen so far. Their methodology seems much more advanced than other gyms.

The production and the content of this channel just gets better and better with each passing episode. Absolutely 10/10.
And seeing the absolute variety of their training, the crazy beep exercise at the start to the serenity of silence up in the hills, to the screaming energy of an entire team encouraging Izzy to keep going, keep going.
