今回ご紹介する「セントルザベーカリー」は、バゲットで有名な「VIRON」が2013年に銀座にオープンした高級食パン専門店です。2018年には2号店となる青山店がオープンしていますが、今回は銀座店のご紹介です。
パン好きの方々の中では有名なお店かと思いますが、高級食パンブームの流行り廃りにはもろともせず、過去10年以上着実にファンをつくり続けているパン屋さんという認識です。
持ち帰り用の食パンはこの物価高騰の世の中においてもまだ１本（２斤）1000円ちょっとで買うことができますし、もちもち感と濃厚な旨味は他にはなかなかないクオリティだと思います。
イートインのメニューも充実していて、豊富な種類のサンドイッチメニューがあり、一方でパンのみをシンプルに食べ比べする（各種ジャムとバターで）トーストセットなども用意されていて、店内の雰囲気もとても良いですし、落ち着いて楽しく食事ができる空間になっているので、非常に高い総合力を持つベーカリーだと思います。

CENTRE THE BAKERY is a high-end bakery opened in Ginza in 2013 by VIRON, famous for its baguettes. The bakery is probably well-known among bread lovers, but it is recognized as a bakery that has not been affected by the fad of the high-end bread boom and has been steadily building a fan base for the past 10 years or more.
Even in this world of skyrocketing prices, you can still buy a loaf (two loaves) of bread to take home for a little over 1,000 yen, and I believe that the softness and rich flavor of this bread are qualities that are hard to find elsewhere.
The eat-in menu is also extensive, with a wide variety of sandwiches and a simple bread-only menu (with various jams and butters), and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very pleasant, making it a fun place to eat!
