I stopped drinking alcohol and soda period I started to workout at home twice a day before work and after work MON-TUE (Workout) WED (REST) THUR-FRI-SAT (Workout) SUN (REST) this first my life schedule I’m also doing strict dieting and eating way more healthier. If I get hungry at night after my dinner I snack on bananas and apples or almonds with water. I Just wanted to say Thank you Nick for helping me finally make that mental push that I needed. I really appreciate you man 💚🖤🫡
Stick to it man! Proud of you for taking that first step. Progress will come. Remember, you improve the most on the days that you don’t want to be there but you show up for yourself.

Your content is so awesome and please follow through even after these 60 days brotha. don't give yourself an expiration date. one of my favorite lines that I followed through in sobriety was "be sober today.. for 24 hours, its not that hard" and you can do that within almost everything in life including the gym. thank you NiaC for a place to feel at home

Maniac the reason why the weight feels different on different resistant machines is because some have one pully and other have two pullys. Hope that helps

Some cable machines have settings where you can basically double the weight. Like a switch essentially. So you can turn 50 into 100. If that makes sense.
