  • Let's make this Romantic Bracelet bezeling 8mm rivolis on a base formed by 4mm rounds and seed beads, then embellish the bezel with 3mm bicones. :)
    You will need 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0 round seed beads and 3,4mm drop/fringe beads from Miyuki; 3mm bicones, 4mm rounds, 8mm rivolis; clasp and two jump rings; 0,15 Fireline thread and size 12 needle.

    My preference in magnetic clasps is now for flat clasps, because they seem to grip better and don't get opened as easily by accident. I can't wait to make this one - so little time, so many wonderful designs you bring us!

      Thank you! Yes, you're right about the flat magnetic clasps. I think I have a couple, somewhere... 😊They are definitely much better than the other ones, and because of the flat closure, they also tend to have nicer shapes. 😊

    Suggestion Miss. Sidonia: instead of cutting and remaking the bracelet with the weak clasp, perhaps just sew a small length of seed beads attaching the two ends (like a safety chain) and slip the bracelet on and off? That way, when it does release unexpectedly, you won’t lose it.
