Идея не плохая,но исполнение подкачало .Залить горячим клеем диоды,которые сами его могут расплавить при длительной работе не самое разумное решение.Главная ошибка- нету радиатора охлаждения.Долго эта конструкция не проработает.

the CFL circuits can output hundreds of volts, these LEDs operate at 3.4V max, connecting the LEDs to the board would kill them instantly
