When I was playing around with my lvl 50 snow sugar cookie with magic candy I got the dragon boss to 116 (I think I can’t remember) frost stacks. I was able to do this because my snow sugar couldn’t do enough damage to get the dragon into its second stage so the frost just kept on stacking throughout the entire time of the level.
