actully big fan of this character, its a nice change of pace to see hutts struggle with something that is still close to base game.
This is probably the funniest way of indirectly calling Hutts bad at Isaac

Hutts has truly trained for this moment by being forced to play insufferable challenges that he now has the strength to play complete mid runs without resetting
Honestly Hutts going all the way to mega stan with that low damage just shows how good of a player he is

20:09 Today I found out that Hutts has always beat Mega Satan so easily/quickly that he never saw the Dark Angels in the Bossfight and so he thought was the mod at work here.
there is a definitely noticeable difference in sound cue to discern the different brimstone attacks of reap creep, usually that works far better for me than trying to stand at a 22.5 degree angle or just trying to mentally time out how long hes charging

tbh never been too fond of characters whose whole gimmick is just “play good or else”, like yeah it’s *challenging* but is it fun?

like the first couple are alright and can get you extra stuff, and the last couple delay the womb so you get another store and chest even if they're hard, it's p nice

once i beat delirium with lazarus where i had one single item damage, only with shard of glass, piromaniac and a lot of bombs, i dont know how, but the battle was quite fast too

I'm gonna admit something brutal, I love the alt path because it doesn't feel as linear. And regardless you know you can screw it up. One rule though, get blub without flight and holes in the ground.... You will most likely either lose most of your health, or die. Not because of blub, but because of the drifting mechanic on the leeches.
(dross is not as bad, but it also has some shitty RNG combos in the boss rooms.

The thing is with the cross stone grimaces, they are such a pain but once you realise they ALWAYS shoot in the exact same pattern and in regular intervals if you just pay attention to them they are not too bad. This is just my opinion lol
Great video as usual, however I do find placing sisyphus Isaac after every single point of damage OVER the stats to be very frustrating because I wanna see the stats change.
Had it been placed somewhere else, scaled down and shown much rarer, it would actually be funny instead of being just screen clutter.
It's so present that I thought it was a feature of the mod. But yeah you're right it was a bit anoying. I think it would have been better scaled down and some other place (and maybe only when taking lots of damage)

hot take but curse of the tower + wafer is legit a carry all the way through any non-super boss, specially with a couple of bomb upgrades.
The trinket on the floor at 10:45 would have turned his little brim and whatnot into projectile blocking orbitals and I feel would have made the run so much better for him. Rigged run anyways (:

The concept of losing stats on hit is pure punishment with no upside lol (stats up on boss kill does not make up for it). It's definitely more of a challenge run than a character IMO, but you're good at the game so seeing you going through it is cool.

It deals max HP % damage to bosses, a bouncing weakening projectile for normal enemies.
The Max HP damage is better on really big bosses such as Hush, Mega Satan or Delirium - it can really put a dent in

Community question: Rock Bottom on this character is easy mode, cheating or just good strategy?
Rock Bottom is an item, no strategy involved
By strategy I mean, there are known ways to fish out specific items in specific conditions. Strategy involved would be about trying to go specificaly for the item.@@WastedPotential17
Rock Bottom would just snapshot the highest damage point you've reached, so at best you just play normally without getting hit, and at worst the reduction in damage prevents you from benefitting from other damage items, since your true damage stats are lower than what Rock Bottom displays. Still, it's ROCK BOTTOM. Easily strongest item in the game due to synergy potential.

Sure the end game DAMAGE wasn't amazing but in fairness 99% of Eden runs won't give you 5 luck with a lot of luck based tear effects.
Yeah Isaac is a game about damage more than anything but tear effects and other stats don't mean nothing either!

I really enjoy the editing, except for the jump cuts in the room. If you cut out half a second of pause in speaking it may sound better, but visually it's just jarring when things jump forward half a sec
