Hyper, Tableau's query engine, is engineered directly into Data Cloud providing the best performance possible even in presence of a huge amount of data (pretty probable given the scope of DC). Data Cloud architecture is open, so it's technically correct to say that PBI can be used to analyze data in there but it's not really a fair comparison, Tableau is by far the best option to see and analyze data along the entire flow [ingestion, mapping, dedup,...]
