When I was stressed out or burn out , I did hotel stay a couple of days . Staying at home all the time / working at home could be so stressful ! Highly recommend it!

Burnouts can be really stressful but I try not to go hard on myself and give myself time, sometimes a long nap and binge watching shows seem healthy to me but to know my limits for them I challange myself and set tasks that are supposed to be done noo matter what and go accordingly!

Your videos always scream *_AUTHENTICITY_* . And probably that's why you have lots of people supporting you. Therapy isn't always linear just like how healing is. It allows us to embrace not just the good but the bad too. Burnouts on the other hand, can be very tricky. First thing I try to do is to avoid anything negative. Second is, I just allow my body to feel it. Because it is normal. I lay down, rest, sleep, cry, read a book, maybe watch a movie (or not)... just allowing my body to recover. Third is being able to say "no" sometimes is important.
Honestly watching you grow, I would say you're doing pretty well handling burnouts. Hope you're doing better these days! Stay safe!

It’s been a tough week for me too with burnouts and then feeling guilty for not being as productive as I’d like to be. Watching this video on Friday afternoon just makes me feel instantly better! Hope you can find one that does the same thing as your video does to me❤️

I love how you're so transparent with us when you don't have to be thank you for showing us this side of you ❤️ also you can do your favorite activities or be with your friends or you can even journal and workout that's what I started doing when I feel burnt out. I also do self care for myself. Like go get massaged or get my nails and pedi anything to make myself feel better
I love how you tackled your burnout! Working out, cleaning and spending time with friends is a great way to get yourself out of a slump ☺️ I recently got through burnout the same way! Just be patient with yourself and take it one day at a time 💜
personally, I found cleansing my room (specifically my clothes) really helps me when I burn-out and REALLY recommend learning some tips from Marie Kondo. More importantly being out in nature, sitting in silence
I've just recovered from a burnout. I am a fresh grad reviewing for a license. Everything is so difficult because of the pandemic, new normal, and transition in life. I was so anxious if I was doing anything right, and one night, my mind was too exhausted to handle everything, so I was crying uncontrollably. I let everything out, and I felt my weakness. After that, my mind was clearer. A good cry is a must. Don't be afraid to let it out. It will help you breath from the heaviness of your thoughts.
I also want to tell you that you have the power to change anything in your life; the choices are yours, the decisions are yours, and the life is yours. At the end of the day, whatever happens, the people who truly love you will always love you and support you. We can all do this. ♥️
Everyday is a chance to live and to learn. Failures and mistakes are part of growth. We should be enjoying this life because this will be our only life. Enjoy the process as this will lead us to the life we want to live and be the person we want to be.

I just wanted to thank you for your videos, they are keeping me company and sane these days, since I’ve recentrly moved back to uni and all my flatmates are still gone, i’m alone all the time, and sometimes i just feel so lonely and have recurrent negative thoughts.

and as for coping up with burnouts i could say that you’re really doing well! As for me i cope with burnouts by writing my feelings out because i feel like that’s my way of sorting of how i feel, reading books, watching movies and listening to music and basically consuming all the media out there hehe

as others have mentioned, what really stands out to me are your wholehearted authenticity and relatability. What you said about your therapy sessions feeling draining recently - I totally get that!! I’ve felt the same way about my own therapy sessions at times and still do, but am trying to keep in mind that healing is not linear. Rather than a quick fix, I remind myself that it is more of a process that sometimes requires hard work and facing underlying fears, traumas and patterns which can absolutely feel scary and draining - and that’s okay!! It’s all part of the journey that I’m trying to embrace. I do hope you are feeling better these days and hope you can find the rest and relaxation that you deserve. Practicing gratefulness helps me with burnouts, learning to let go and preparing for whatever outcomes can happen as change is the only constant in life
Gratitude journal: write down five things you're grateful for at the end of the day. Hardcopy or on an app. Five or three. Make it a habit and your mindset will change I promise.

i am witnessing a youtuber getting alongwith growing radiating and successful... i get inspired to start something new each time i watch her videos...honestly stressing due to over working and not having time to think out of work makes our personal development stagnant. which is basically burnout and mental stress! but i am making time out , taking therapy, painting canvases helps, doing your favourite hobby does..About michelle s each video has different vibes and some of them are fun loving light and expressively joyful and some are numb and stale normal human living in nyc ! we actually connect to every moods of her and experience sometimes living in nyc isnt about working being rich or always doing something but also taking breaks and handling breakdowns and getting confused and homesickness too !
I love the videos and of course this channel. My teacher told me that I can improve my listening skills with videos like this. But Michelle is the best, she can show the simple life like something very very special.

I had therapy as well when i had anxiety disorder that caused by stress. I had the same experience that sometimes i feel good after. But sometimes the therapist made me start question myself in a different point of view. Then once I start overthinkin , I will feel bad. So try to focus on the moment that helps :)hope you feel better soon.

When burnt out I tend to step back and away from from people. Maybe clean up my space that gives me a handle on things. I just sit, eat good food, read or watch tv. Discover more stuff about psychology and understanding myself more. These things always make me feel better.

I always do journaling when get burn out. Release all the thought or idea that I wanna do. Take time alone. No people, no houseworks. Just me and my mind.

Focus on serving others. In any job we can think of the impact we make in others life. This plus doing it all with gratitude for our health and opportunities, I truly think will help.
Sometimes when we have a crisis is a way for our heart to tell us to slow down and reflect a little bit. There are clues and to find them. We need to create the space in our life and reduce the stimulation we get from our fast pace pace and just be more often.
