Long lived monocytes in spike injury (update
Вставка
- Опубліковано 8 вер 2024
- Another proposed theory of how the spike protein could be indirectly leading to injury that could result in long COVID or post-vaccine syndrome where the spike protein could be dysregulating monocytes by unnaturally extending their lifespan and in a process leading to vascular injury.
What we cover:
*What are monocytes
*How long they live vs extended lifespan with spike protein
*15 months longest presumed lifespan post virus infection via spike protein detection
*245 days longest presumed lifespan post vaccination via spike protein detection
*Why no certainty that post-vaccination it is the vaccine spike that is detected
*How these long-lived monocytes contribute to injury
*Proposed treatment and first data with such treatment

I know many injured from Covid pre vax. Some think it’s just the vax and c 19 is a myth. I don’t get it. I believe both are not good but time will tell.
@@JV-zt8lc the problem is with me at least that i got it way later when there already were vaccines and it was like weaker omicron version of it.i never got any jabs and it didn't go as easy as i expected, took me like a week to recover but my real problem came like last year 2023 with some blood issue that wounds dont want to heal as they have been doing.i mean i have cats and i have got used to getting my hands scratched but when that problem appeared it took weeks and months for the wounds to heal.i made test had some lower levels of white blood cells but close to normal.and the doc said i must have been through something recently but i had not.so i am thinking how bad was the vaccine spike protein spreading all over unvaccinated for years.i think the vaccinated made it worse cause it turned out vax doesn't prevent transmission right?
@@kuramiian could have made it mutate in a bad way due to a vaccinated person. This whole thing is just weird with people denying it was nothing in the beginning. Finally a study that is also suggesting some help with drugs we already have for help instead of more time researching and making a new drug to help which would take even longer. Great study and good news. Thanks so much.
I work with a large number of people and really keep my eyes and ears open regarding health issues, you can pick up pretty early when a new wave is going through. I really have been struck lately by the number of people being put on statins . Really doesn't seem normal.
So ,if understand the video, the presence of the spike proteins in the monocytes is somehow extending the lifespan of the monocytes. The extended lifespan is causing an increase in the number of monocytes. The excessive number of monocytes is leading to a clotting issue?
The idea that the spike protein might be indirectly causing injury by extending the lifespan of monocytes and contributing to vascular damage is intriguing. If the spike protein is indeed dysregulating immune cell function in this way, it could provide a crucial piece of the puzzle in understanding the mechanisms behind long COVID and post-vaccine syndrome. Thus, how can we accurately identify and mitigate these potential immune dysregulations to prevent long-term health consequences associated with the spike protein?
The authors only discussed treatment options, not prevention mechanisms. The one I am currently studying and will publish right away in my blog is diet based approach to help maintain healthy microbiome that is also involved in regulating the responses to infection.
@Merogenomics Thank you! I'm eager to read your findings. Maintaining a healthy microbiome is crucial for overall well-being and infection response. Diets rich in fiber, fermented foods, and diverse plant nutrients support gut flora and boost immunity. What dietary changes have you found most effective for gut health?

Dr. Raszek :) Can you please look into the effectiveness of calenduladiols from calendula, as calenduladiols are known to deal with CCR5 receptors for which Patterson uses Maraviroc. But maybe calenduladiols would be natural alternatives. There's a paper called "The Lupane-type Triterpene 30-Oxo-calenduladiol Is a CCR5 Antagonist with Anti-HIV-1 and Anti-chemotactic Activities" - doi: 10.1074/jbc.M109.005835

The clots are forming because of synthetic N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine introduced via injection. It affects the build and maintenance of all myelin in the body. If you specifically account for the consequences of injection, you will see there is a direct one-to-one correlation to myelin related organs myo/pericarditis, brain function (axon nerve conduit is myelin) and so on. The N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine replaces and is favoured over the naturally occurring uridine (RNA codons). The subsequent protein is malformed and this in turn affect ribosome and mitochondrial function. Controlled opposition, profiteers, and opportunists do not want you to know this, so this reply will likely be deleted or removed.
Anything to fix this?
I'm betting you this is part of what's in that 19 code sequence in the furan cleavage site in the protein. I said from the beginning I thought the spike got in and made a home. It simply does not clear and things such as stress do as much to set it off again as the current variants. Thank you for staying on this and keeping us up to date.

Thanks for the video post. There are many already helping with crushing the sp*ke protein. You are one of many discussing this serious issue. A different but good addition to the discussion is the fact the medical intervention produced by big pharma copious, have sp*ke protein within, using polyethylene glycol (to get through cell membranes). Supposedly this was the first time PEG was used, injected in the body and studies on its use are limited. Thanks again. Hope this video stays!
I tested positive for s1 'spike' protein in monocytes 3 months ago. That's 3 years after I was vaccinated and 2 years since I tested positive for covid. My nucleocapsid antibody level is negligible and my s1 antibody level is at a moderate level over 18 months repeated testing.

Dr. Bhakdi has a similar fear as Dr. Bossche regarding the outcome of vaccination but I don't know in the same way scientifically.

6 /2/2021 SARS-CoV-2 Antibody, IgG was 18.
3/7/2024 SARS-CoV-2 Antibody, IgG was >800 Does this demonstrate a proliferation of spike protein in the blood for over two years?
This indicates that the body has responded to the coronavirus. It is possible that you had an asymptomatic infection. Recall if you were ill with anything.
You can take a test for IgG to the spike protein and IgG to the nucleocapsid of the coronavirus. If both are elevated, it means you had the disease. If only the spike protein is elevated, and you have not been recently vaccinated or been ill, then that is strange.
If you are concerned about the presence of the spike protein in your blood, there is a special test to detect the whole spike protein in the blood, not just antibodies to it. Unfortunately, I cannot provide more details about this test.

What if the spike protein is there because there is no off switch for the program once it is inserted into the cell and it simply keeps on making it.
What is the mechanism that turns off the production of the spike protein once the vaccine induced complex reprogramming of innate immune responses via mRNA- vaccines occurs?
I believe there is also a reverse transcriptase that occurs.

What about IVIG (immunoglobulin)? does it clean those immortal monocytes?

You're correct in your assessment. The presenter does not clearly explain or directly link his observations to cancer promotion. In fact, after reviewing the summary and transcript, there doesn't appear to be any significant discussion about cancer in this presentation. The focus is primarily on long COVID, post-vaccination syndrome, and the role of long-lived monocytes containing spike protein.
The presentation style indeed isn't very listener-friendly for several reasons:
1. Complex terminology: The speaker uses many technical terms without always providing clear explanations.
2. Jumping between topics: The presentation moves quickly between different aspects of the research without always making clear connections.
3. Lack of clear structure: While there is an overall flow, the information isn't presented in a way that's easy for a general audience to follow.
4. Absence of cancer discussion: Despite your mention of cancer, the presentation doesn't appear to focus on or clearly explain any connection to cancer promotion.
5. Dense information: A lot of detailed scientific information is presented rapidly, which can be overwhelming for listeners.
If the presenter intended to make a connection to cancer promotion, it wasn't clearly articulated in the given transcript. The focus seems to be more on the mechanisms of long COVID and post-vaccination syndrome, particularly relating to long-lived monocytes and their potential effects on the vascular system.
