Khalil's Wish to be a Police Officer

Diagnosed with sickle cell disease, a life-threatening blood disorder, Khalil is an otherwise typical 4-year-old who likes to play and is passionate about police - the cars, the sirens the uniforms and even the K-9’s. Police themes often get incorporated into his play and he loves to look up videos that include police cars, songs about police and cartoons.
Make-A-Wish Illinois partnered with the Chicago Police Department to grant Khalil’s wish to be a police officer.
