I just want to let you know how much I appreciate you because you cured my depression, a couple months ago I was to depressed because my childhood dog was diagnosed with a heart disease and the vet gave us medicine that will give him about a year more to like and it hit to a year and I was to depressed To go to school and I just sat with my tiny chihuahua all day watching your videos, by then I missed nearly 3 months of school and I lost contact with all my friends besides my best friend who was dealing with depression too at the time. You inspired me to get up and make food, my mom grew a whole garden for me so I could get in healthy habits because I practically starved myself at the time. I was 13 and my genetics already make it hard for me to grow in anyway so joining middle school with a face that looked like it belonged in 3rd grade was really embarrassing. I had lost 29 pounds in a month and I had no fat on my body, I was practically skin and bones. Now I am healthy as can be still way underweight but I have the fat and mussels I needed because of you. You saved my life and I can’t imagine where I’d be now without you. If you see this, god bless you and your family and thank you so much, I will never forget the impact you made in my life
