Heartbreaking. Ghana is indeed a FOOLING COUNTRY. Where is the perpetrator? Must the little girl rather be punished or the perpetrator? I will follow up on this case. The head mistress must be sacked.
The current Educational System in Ghana where Teachers, Heads, District Directors, Circuit Supervisors etc.. are prevented from knowing basic LAWS. A very useless Educational System.
