- The Le Cordon Bleu Graduation and Gala Dinner was held on 27 August 2011 at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
This celebration was to mark the completion of studies for Le Cordon Bleu students in Bachelor and Masters Degrees for 2010/2011. The night also saw students who had shown academic excellence acknowledged through traditional Meritorious and Dux Awards.
