Getting Dirk Koetter to come out of retirement for a college OC job is beyond colossal. You know he absolutely would not have signed on unless he saw, "something". Something special. RB Ashton Jeanty is arguably one-of if not the top running back in the country. Without question. Boise State is an NFL RB farm club. That dude with the NIL, could have gone anywhere, any conference in the country, or even the NFL draft, and he was hit-up hard. But the dude stayed on the Blue. He knows and sees something as well. The Broncos return all 11 starters on defense. The new HC is a defensive guy. Speaking of such; New HC Spencer Danielson is everything in a head coach I haven't seen in years. He is an absolute quick draw firebrand, with a pinpoint focus. His high energy personality, wit, and flash knowledge of the game has the Broncos at an uber high tempo. They will be one of the fastest teams in college football. He reminds me of a young John Madden. Their A.D., Jerimiah Dickey has been on the short list of many schools want list, including his home state! But he's staying at Boise State, and that isn't just huge. It says something. Definitely will be a team to watch, for sure.
Oh ,by the way ,fyi ,Oregons record vs Boise State is 0-3. 😂

FRESNO has a better 5-Star transfer from USC and he is already proven. He was the nation’s No.1 overall recruit in 2001. His name is Corey Forman (Look it up!). It will all come down to Boise and Fresno again.
Malachi has shown really good stuff in camp but will not be named the starter. Madsen is playing at an elite level. Chris Petersen compared him to Kellen Moore a couple days ago.

@@davidnorene5594 being that everyone they play outside Oregon has a new coach and or loss most or all their starters. Including pac 2 gives Boise a really great chance at a 12-1 season.

The fun of college football is the upset and you are predicting almost exactly in line with Vegas (within 80% ironically). Like be original and take a shot every now and then. You have byu losing like 8 STRAIGHT GAMES this year. But because you’re scared to even remotely go off the beaten path you stick with the status quo just to look good. Take a shot, live a little

@@mr.c8033dude stop living in the past. Oregon has a top 5 rushing defense. Number one offense. They are at home and the back ups will be in sometime in the 3ed quarter. This is literally the best team Oregon has ever had. You might as well say Boise state can go to Georgia or Ohio state and smoke them.

Ahhh, I'm a Boise State fan. 3-9. We will never be able to recreate the years of Kellen Moore, Doug Martin, Demarcus Lawrenece, Kyle Wilson, George Iloka, etc. Thoe boys all went on to have careers in the NFL, especially Demarcus Lawrence's dominance for the Cowboys the last several years. Kellen moore is of OC for the Eagles. Chris Peterson has moved on with his life and coaching career. I just find it improbable that we get even 5 wins this year. Nobody wants to play for us anymore. I hope I get proven wrong but just not any better than 3-9 with wins over Georgia Southern, Portland State, and Hawaii. Let's see what Malachi Nelson can do..
