I never had pain in my back, except in a few occasions in the right hand site. The pain is referred to lower abs, pelvic area and right testicle. The exercises have stabilized the pain, but if I seat for too long I feel pain again in the pelvic area and right testicle.

I was diagnosed with Lumbar Radiculopathy but the pain never referred to the legs but lower abs, pelvic area and right testicle!? Is that possible?!
Anyway, exercises are excellent, my doubt is if I do the exercise only from the affected area there will be perhaps an imbalance in the other side? The muscles in the right side are strengthened but not left ones? Thank you for the video, it has helped a lot.
