I like how the Thieves are made to Assassins but the Nomadic Troopers stays Nomadic Troopers. Though Assassin Cath doesn't fill very well since the Assassin has same model for males and females (reminds me of someone who did this wih Marisa in FE8)

You can play with a smaller group. The link menu lets you pick whether to play with 2, 3 or 4.
