This is cool I never seen this video before only in the other ones
I like how you took into consideration the tastiness of the cake. Most highly decorated cakes taste absolutely horrible. They make me want to go to the market and buy a mud cake, and eat that whilst I look at the decorated cake. I love strawberry cream sponge.

Hi the fondant you are using looks super pliable and moist... What is it? Also what are you brushing onto the creases to help blend the separate pieces of fondant. Thank you for this amazing video

+Zsanett So'e Thank you very much! you mean under the fondant is american buttercream? no, it's just butter, and power sugar mixing. I do not use vegetable shortening.
Oh yes .. Don't you find that American buttercream is moving under your fondant lol ? Your work is amazing x oh and her in Australia we use shortening to soften the fondant and it makes it pliable that's all yours look like that that's why I asked lol

The shiny spray is just a simple glossy spray. The name is: Lucidante (made in Italy) glossy food spray.

you are right. when they judge cake they judge on technique and carving skills. just say someone marked down on challenge because they mushed it together rather than carving it out of one whole

Did you use a template for this Dragon? I'd like to create my own version of a dragon, but using the same size as a guide so the head and body are in proportion?

It looks so good, I don't know if I'm going to eat IT, or if it's going to eat ME.
So if I can do fondant decoration with airbrushing and sculpture like this maybe better could I actually get a job doing this?

Pour la déco, ok, le dragon est superbe! Mais vu la préparation de la base, c'est franchement dégoutant, le gâteau est littéralement pétri et peu ragoutant.... Je voudrais bien voir quelle "tronche " ont les parts, une fois coupées! Cette personne devrait peut être se mettre a la poterie....
