Hi, Nick. Thank you for your great contents. I'm going to have the Grade 2 test next month for the first time in 20 years. I practice almost everyday with your videos and I feel my English is improving. Can I ask one question? In the example answer for No.3, you use "stay organized" . Could you tell me the meaning in more plain English? I don't know what that means. Thank you.

I would change your Q3 answer a little bit to: "I agree. They can get more motivation by working in their own place. Also they can get more time to talk with their family."
Your Q4 answer is very good, too, just add "at" before "theaters".
As for "we" and "they", the safe answer is to use "they". If you include yourself in the group, e.g. Japanese people, students, etc., you can also use "we".
