Dear Paul, thanks for your regular videos. I learn much more about All New Captivate from your tutorials than from official Adobe videos. A specially when you attach project files. Your content is very unique on UA-cam. Would you consider please showing us a way how to design a monologue by a character who changes postures during audio narration? Greetings from Kyiv, Ukraine

I am having difficulty getting the quiz button to show up after setting all the variables (as instructed). It would be helpful if you showed how all the button interactions were set (denoted in 2:06). I am new to Captivate and would love a bit more hand-holding. I've tried to repeat every step as instructed and still do not have any success. This guide seems straight forward but there seems to be a missing part that I am not doing (perhaps because of the lack of clarity).

Hey Paul, thanks for the video, have you ever had the button show when only two of the three variables are true?
I've tried to follow your instructions a few times, step by step, but when it goes back to the table of contents page after the second variable the 'start quiz' button shows up. Instead of only showing up after all three have been visited.
I haven't experienced this. Perhaps doublecheck that you followed my steps precisely. For example if you only check for two of the variables the quiz button might show early.
Hello. I have a question re: a different topic. In Captivate Classic, is there a way to simulate holding the control key to multiselect items in an application?
Naturally in Captivate there isn't a way to do this, but you could emphasize to your learners that the pressing and holding of the Command or CTRL key is an important part of the procedure but suggests that for the purposes of this tutorial you will hold down the CTRL key while they click on the individual items (get creative).
Hi Paul, thanks for this important tutorial. I love it (and hate it) :-D because I did everything as said, but the quiz-button doesn´t appear. Searching the reason for that is more complicated than creating the content ;-)

@@CaptivateTeacher Hi Paul, thanks for offering to help out. We're currently having an issue with the new Captivate. Since the last update, our assets aren't working properly - we can't select them and the different poses of the characters aren't being displayed. We're wondering if this is a fundamental issue that's also causing the "error" with the quiz button. I reached out to Adobe support a while back, but we haven't received much help yet. One of my colleagues also followed your tutorial just to make sure I´m not making any mistakes on my end 🙂 When we solve this issue, i´ll come back to you. Regards from Germany ;-)
