I have watched 3 of your videos. They make me wish I could have had some traditional training to do this type of work. I do work with wood, but will never get to your level, mostly because of no training.
Seriously this almost reduced me to tears it is such a joy to watch. As a blade smith myself and a tool and die maker This was an absolute pleasure to watch all your skills are absolutely top level. Beautiful Beautiful work
i think its wild(in a bad way) that you have to check local law and go ask if its okay to build this, where as a chef's knife is probably way bigger and people have acces to that like its nothing ... some laws are ment to be ignored , because there is an equal amount of consequences to following the rules as there is to not follow them

本当の刀鍛治さんはこんな事しないでしょう、玉鋼じゃないし、折り返し鍛錬も無いし、銅を刃の部分に持ってくるし、本物じゃ無いけどレベルはめちゃ高い。
