El pelo blanco alrededor del borde del contorno fue quitado. Si limpias la pintura antes de que se seque por completo, se secará bien e incluso si se seca, no es difícil limpiarla varias veces. Gracias por mirar.

Are they going in with white acrylic after the fact? If you go forward in time, there are white whisps of hair that were not present in the past. It’s disingenuous to present something as a “watercolour painting” when acrylic is used to achieve an effect that would otherwise be impossible with watercolours. It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen a “watercolour artist” on UA-cam using white acrylic to achieve similar effects. To be fair, I’m not certain if water-soluble acrylic constitutes watercolour.
As far as I know, this artist does not use white acrylic when painting watercolor; I believe it's a brush technique. But you've already concluded that He uses white acrylic and even criticized him for it.
If I had used acrylic paints in addition to watercolor paints, I would have called it mixed media. Believe it or not, I don't use any other paints when I paint with watercolor. I teach students, and all of the students here know various ways to paint white hair in watercolor.

You didnt show how you got the effect of the loose hair. Was it through masking paint ?
I don't use masking fluid.
I leave highlights or scrape them off with my fingernails, a knife, etc.
