Hi Laurie, I hope you start to feel better. Our bodies understand how to process single ingredient whole foods. Throw them in a pan and add your own high quality sea salt and seasonings to control the amount. It’s quick, easy, and cheaper. I love your new headboard. It’s great to have a reliable handyman. Glad to hear things are getting better health wise. I need to start eating better myself. I prefer to eat my fruits and veggies though, gotta get back in the habit of cleaning veggies when I get home from the grocery store to make them easy to grab. Good idea to ween off caffeine with that instant coffee … I get a headache when it’s been too long without it - probably a sign to drink decaf myself.

In my opinion, which means really nothing, the furniture you have is so big and chunky. It takes up so much room and makes your rooms look so small that’s all. 😊
Good morning, I hope you’re having a great day. When you were talking about your heart beating really fast I have a problem with that from time to time and I have found out that I am dehydrated. I drink more water when I have rapid heartbeat maybe something you are already doing, but if not, just drink lots of water to get more hydrated, sending hugs, love, prayers and kindness with a dose of encouragement with strength.♥️🙏🏼🌹🇺🇸👍🏼
I enjoy coloring too. But, I just bought a few paint by numbers to work on this winter. I haven’t done anything like that for years. You should look into diamond dots. I am sure there are snoopy ones.
Hibiscus tea really helps with lowering blood pressure. But don’t drink too much. A cup a day is enough. Magnesium deficiency also contributes to higher blood pressure. Hope you stay healthy and happy.

High blood pressure, and getting use to the medication can also make you tired. I am sure once you are adjusted to the correct dose, your body will adjust to it. Do you have your own blood pressure machine at home? I guess you must since you mention your blood pressure rates from different days. One thing that can make our heart race, or beat faster is anxiety, fyi. How is your sleep? Make sure when you do see your regular doctor coming up you follow up on these things. Sorry, I am a mother hen. I care. Anyway, I love your new headboard! I like the style, and the color looks great. I really like the silver lamp and thing in Nichole's room. Those things are so shiny and pretty! And that lounge couch, or whatever those are called, is so nice! Plus, the shower curtain is something I would have picked out. So beautiful! Your place is really coming along nicely. You have gotten me into Snoopy more than I was already. haha I may have to look for that popcorn tin at Walmart, and it should say Merry Christmas! The GE bulbs you mentioned are LEDs, and the ones with filaments are incandescents. LEDs are more expensive but last exponentially longer. About ten years ago I replaced every bulb in my house with LED, and I still haven’t had to replace a lot of my closet lights. I’ve replaced various room lights maybe once. Anyway… thought I’d share.

Speaking of Dollar Tree I saw a pair of Snoopysocks for a$1.25 at one of my stores the other day. But all stores get different things in at different times so you never know.

In a box, can or package is usually loaded with sodium. Mac and cheese is ridiculous, condiments, and even spaghetti Sauces in glass jars.
