Bought some spearpoints for dropshots and wacky rigs and I'm very impressed. Once that fish was hooked out wasn't coming off. I would recommend keeping needlenose on you though when using them
Now that I'm watching the video, those hooks seem pretty cool. Would like to see them with a soft jerkbait. Really liking the new setup too man. Only halfway through but I'm REALLY looking forward to the Bill Dance part man. It makes me sad that kids will never know what Saturday mornings in the 90s were like. I know what shop that is in Tennessee. I live not to far from it. I used to work at the bass pro in the pyramid. I have had quite a few conversations with Bill and jimmy Houston. They have some of the best stories to tell. I loved talking to them so much fishing wisdom. I enjoy talking with KVD and Scott Martin too but it wasn’t like talking to Bill
That hat was cool. A signed hat was cooler. A signed hat from the subscriber himself who inherited his father’s signed hat was too much. These days watching Bill Dance is like watching my dad-also TN born, who passed in 2017. They even wheeze the same! 🤣 I get the emotion. 👍🏼

all those lures look great, I have never heard of shakey jig, sounds like it would work amazing, the little craws also look like they would go really well with the ned rig heads.
I have a Buckeye Spot Remover finesse jig, it's a skirted shaky head with a completely flat stand-up weight. I haven't given it much time in the water, maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend

Hey Debo, I got some of the spearpoints in my monsterbass boxes a few months ago. I have ABSOLUTELY had more success. I also used the finesse with wacky after watching your wacky rig video and I landed more fish using their hooks, than eagle hooks doing the same thing. I actually had more bites with the eagle, but more came off compared to spearpoint, where if I got a bite... I landed it. I am loving these subscriber lures and small business. I cant wait to check some of these out as well here in fl. Thanks for all you do buddy.

I live 5 minutes from Primary Tackle, and it's a great local shop. The stuff they use is called "Craw-caine". My kids got to fish with Bill Dance as part of the TN Wildlife Youth Program. He was awesome and we have the same hat, 2 actually. Spent so much time with all the kids. Love the show!

I saw Brian Latimer talking about those spearpoint hooks, he seems to really like them over a wide gap because the fish doesn't have as much room to throw the hook.

I would put that Hawkeye bait in a frame and hang it up. It's to pretty to even chance losing. Just my opinion. Feesh on!
