Great info Travis. I personal prefer a pinch vs. the slip since if I need to correct a quick tug is all that's needed vs the "chocking" action needed w/ a slip and was wondering your thoughts?
I do a lot of things like biking and skate boarding with my dogs. I wouldn't feel as comfortable with that as I do with a slip. I also start every dog on a slip from day one in our kennel so they have an idea of what's expected from me. I would say its a very similar technique to the pinch as all I do is a pop for a correction and not a choke. The correct technique is similar for both collars.
