I love legitimate theatre
I LOVE YOU DR. ZAIUS!
Most people will see this and they won't get it. They'll think it's a mess and they'll be confused. Somehow, this show will make perfect sense to young adults and teenagers. They will understand the importance of entertainment, pop culture, and art in the psychological survival of society as we know it - or as we will know it. They have a good understanding of modern myths.
I guess that explains why I was the only one who loved it out of whole family!
I understood what it was trying to do. But it didn't succeed.
That's some impressive ChatGPT garbage there, but from many years before ChatGPT. 😂
I'm auditioning for that play and I hope to get the part as Gibson.
Does anyone know if there is a soundtrack available? Second act was so good
It’s such an odd show, but it has a lot to charm to it. This is a love/hate show really.
What's this? A Simpsons-inspired small-time theater production with a severe lack of bees? My briefcase full of bees should put a stop to that!
What, you think they got a whole pile of sugar on the stage? xD
I am curious to see it.
He kills burns with a lightsaber
I know Spring Byington (October 17, 1886 -- September 7, 1971) was a professional American actress.[1] Her career included a seven-year run on radio and television as the star of December Bride. She was a key MGMcontract player appearing in films from the 1930s through the 1960s and I would not be caught dead at this play with her..what what? She died? And I'm 110 and dead?..I mean indestructible! Still, I would be caught at this play!
Holy shit...below Brandon is "Anonymous Guy". What are the odds in that? Like Burns driving his own car and filling it up with Petroleum Distillate abd revulconizing his tires!
Does anyone know if this only has the 8 main characters or if there are others?? I auditioned for this but so many people tried out so.....
The play has EIGHT characters-THREE MEN and FIVE WOMEN.
1:03 Lil Dicky before rap
Everyone dies only Bart lives
No, it's German for The Bart, The.
That bald guy in the beginning.... Wade, is that you?
What?
wtf
I've seen better looking people...yes...AT A RADCLIFFE MIXER! PUT EM BACK IN!!!
You anonymous sir...should learn to use your telephone machine more wisely and read my comments. Ahoy hoy...tootaloo!
Do yourself a favour and give this one a wide bearth! Painfully crap!
I saw the play today. It was though-provoking and very entertaining, with equal doses of tragedy and comedy. The second act felt a bit disconnected and rushed, but it contained some of the best moments of the play. The underlying theme is the dynamics of culture: the stories we tell ourselves, how we transmit such stories, and how we adapt them to our circumstances. And of course, it contains a lot of pop-culture references/meshing.
4/5 Strongly recommended.
This concept is so inspiring
I saw this a few year's ago at UMASS Amherst.
And would say that the experience resembled and rivaled many evenings
when I decided four doses of LSD was far too conservative.
Saw this in London this week. Looked very different. I enjoyed acts 1 and 2 the most
Does anyone know where I can see this!! DVD Anything!
Huh?
Worst show I've ever seen. By far. Really painful to sit through.
My mom saw it a few days ago and she had the same reaction. When she explained it to me, I also thought it seemed sort of dumb.
I’m very confused by it and have to read it for a class
Even for me Brandon (whoever you are:) This I couldn't even invent. EXCELLENT!!!!! Colliards Magazine...I believe the, "Star Snoop" section, wouldn't be caught dead reviewing this hipster crap. These people actual are living in an alternate reality. Even the Comic Book Guy would take this crap out of its MYLAR packaging because it WOULDN'T ruin the value!
