Agreeed I would definitely buy one. Probably will be impossible to get one tho.. one the biggest issues with this company. All the ones I want always gone 💨
I think it's a great move by Microtech to offer new options for fan favorites like the Stitch and have manual folders. I love autos, but sometimes it's great to use a manual folder, especially a well-built knife from great American companies. Can't wait to see what the new one they want to reveal later will look like!
Working in the metals industry planning ingot orders into 2025 does not surprise me at all. Adding , I would LOVE to see Bohlers facility , not enough people get to see a real steel mill IMHO.
This has been the best coverage of microtechs new releases. Their rep seems protective of letting anyone hold the knife and George got in there 😂😂. Good shit
That Ram lock knife looks awesome ! Interesting topic that m390 is a better alloy than magnacut considering the sub par performance of most production m390 I’d like to see someone put that too the test
I think Microtech has a winner in this and I love the face lots of different price points for lots more people. I the injection molded sounds like it will be a winner as well. I like the micarta, but the injection molded might be more in my price range and I'm cool with that.
Oh I bet they will have one for you. I am already drooling over this version. Big knives are my jam. And the fact that they will have multiple price points for a wider variety of customers is a great thing.
And I am going to guess lower with the injection molded ones as well. That might be more in my price range and I'm okay with that. I just like the looks of the knife and it is in the size range I like big. That is my jam for sure. 😁
Actually, no. Internally at Böhler is has another name. It has a more controlled and higher carbon content which lends itself to more consistent heat treat and a few other advantages.
The new manual stitch with the ram lock is very nice. Smooth G10: best choiche 👍 It will be even better with a more acute blade grind for higher cutting power.
EDCandLace: Out of the stitch and msi I had and sold the following day because of both having HRCs in the 58s and sharpening about 50 of them in the last 3 months... they are SOFT, it's soft enough that it is noticeably gummy on the stones. Plus the action on both of them is mushy as hell. I received both of mine in the same day, had them poked later that day and sold the next morning lol. If you buy a knife to use and expect serviceable edge retention then you will not be happy.
M390 isn’t even as good as cpm 4v cpm m4 as far as edge retention and toughness...obviously they aren’t stain resistant like a true stainless. But the edge retention of m390 is iffy when the shit chips anyways
Do yourself a favor and if you want a microtech try to order anywhere but the microtech gear website. You'll be waiting quite a while for your package to eventually make it to the post office🙄 if I'm paying $400-$500 for one of their products the least they can do get it shipped out in a decent amount of time but apparently that's asking too much. Lesson learned
You are only thinking on convenience of a purchase. Steel prices? Production? A lot goes into a knife. Why prices of good knives are just gonna go up right now.
MSI looks amazing. Won't buy it unfortunately, Not legal to carry in my pocket by a quarter inch. I wished companies would take these things into account more often.
Microtech just made their new best seller. The MSI is a home run, and will most likely be on many knife of the year lists.
As someone who owns and loves his Microtech Stitch auto, I can't wait for the manual ones to come in. Also the that new design looks awesome too
Agreeed I would definitely buy one. Probably will be impossible to get one tho.. one the biggest issues with this company. All the ones I want always gone 💨
Good job George, thanks for all you do!

I've been requesting a manual Stitch ever since the day of release. Auto's are banned in Australia. And yes I'm keen to see the secret project!!!
Agreed , I love the automatics but working in heavy industry manuals or out the side autos are almost mandatory.
Love seeing more manual folders!
Digging the Stitch!
Already signed up for Ram lock Stitch alerts!! 👊🏼
As a Canadian where we have ridiculous knife laws, I'm happy to see a microtech we can finally own in Canada
Working in the metals industry planning ingot orders into 2025 does not surprise me at all.

Glad to hear all will be made in USA....
Manual stitch! Definitely excited for that one! The stitch is probably still the most comfortable / ergonomic knife I've ever held
This has been the best coverage of microtechs new releases. Their rep seems protective of letting anyone hold the knife and George got in there 😂😂. Good shit
Their rep is the owner 😆

It is marketing... whatever they use is the best... and contained lock and coils spring cross-bar lock have never been done before.
M390 in 2023 is like S30V was in 1999... I'm sure I'm 10 years M390 will be mehhhh... 😂
@@N3wbMa5t3r it's mehh now lol
What happened to the new Mini Socom...? We already saw it on the MT website back in the days. Still waiting. Bring it guys!
this year is looking bright for microtech! manual stitch and the MSI look killer! excited to get my hands on each!

Alright, another awesome update about the shot show. Thanks guys, take care and be safe. See you on your next video.
I need that stitch
Out of all the knives shown I want that dessert warrior ultratech the most lol
I have one for sale on Bladeforums. The S/E
I would love a mini version of that!
Oh I bet they will have one for you. I am already drooling over this version. Big knives are my jam. And the fact that they will have multiple price points for a wider variety of customers is a great thing.
Of which one?
Cant wait to get a Stitch! Badass!
Ram lock stitch ?
Shut up and take my money 💸 💲 💸
What great products they have.
I'm honestly psyched about the MSI! It looks great and they're saying it's gonna be $250 MSRP so the price should be great!
Give me whatever drugs you’re on

@@Etherealdegradation you should go get drugs from whoever is setting the prices at Benchmade.
Wonder what the price will be for the manual stitch?
Ide say 400
@@kevinteran5624 it’s gonna be 250! Msrp
$250
@@Tyler-Woody that’s the price for the MSI.
Hopefully they will be the same price. Did you hear that somewhere?
Don't be fooled, M390MK is just Bohler saying "Yeah we made M390 SPECIFICALLY FOR Microtech".
Actually, no. Internally at Böhler is has another name. It has a more controlled and higher carbon content which lends itself to more consistent heat treat and a few other advantages.
I hope the last one he mentioned is a manual Brachial. I love my auto one but I can’t carry it sadly
Glad you are making a deep pocket carry clip. I don’t think any normal person would want that monstrosity of a pocket clip.
George asks some pretty on point questions, keep them coming!
The new manual stitch with the ram lock is very nice.
Smooth G10: best choiche 👍
It will be even better with a more acute blade grind for higher cutting power.
Normally, I don't like sheepsfoot or reverse tantos (personal preference), but the MSI looks spectacular...
Really happy they bring out more manual folders, because auto's are illegal in my country.
Bearings or washers ??? Cmon guys why not ask !?
👍 awesome Anthony 😀 good looking blades
I want a ludt are those not made anymore?
this knife is sick... not tactical but just a common one

I wish they’d bring back those halos 😢
Stitch is also using manual, RAM LOK?!?! Hopefully, price is at good value as MRI?!
Where’s the Glykon?
trying to buy a couple black microtechs but nothing is in stock anywhere, how do yall find your OTFs?
There’s literally more microtechs in more variations right now than I’ve ever seen. Every major dealer is fully stocked
Nice knife 🔪 when is available for order didn't see it on there site 🤔
If it’s a RAM lock SOCOM I’m in!!!!!!
Did he say m390 is “ions” better than Magnacut? That’s odd to make such an absolute statement when comparing 2 of the best steels
M390 isn’t even as good as cpm 4v cpm m4 as far as edge retention and toughness...obviously they aren’t stain resistant like a true stainless. But the edge retention of m390 is iffy when the shit chips anyways
I need one of those 🔥🔥
Can’t wait to get that bad boy! A little big but beautiful!
I love that MSI! So knice and useful
Do y’all make throwing knife??
Lets copie Demko 🙌
Holy shit, a microtech with standard screws.
Why is the coil spring so exposed? Is this normal for this type of lock?
It is to keep your pockets free of lint
i cant help but notice if they were to add a top to button on that knife they could have a type of sharklock type setup.
Amazing video, Anthony is living legend. Stich needs to be added into my microtech treasure box asap

Any way they could put an ambi clip on the Stitch?
I hope they have a ton of the MSIs made for the initial release cause they’re gonna sell out fast I believe.
I just want aluminum handles
Made in 🇺🇸🤘
NICE
I hope there is a ram lock brachial in the future 🤞
Will MT ever bring thr halo back?
Nice shout out to fletcher. Home brand.
Wow many knives are we going to see?
looks like a beefed up smock
That microtech looks like leathermans free k2 knife 😂
Does anyone know why Microtech knives are unpurchasable in the state of Washington? Manual or Auto.
Why oh why havent we not got a new mini socom oh why come on!
More Hellhound Ultratechs.
But when I s the stitch RAM lok releasing? I need one ca laws are lame!
1:20 “plastic” err “composite”
Men of a certain age seem to wear lots of beads on their wrist and big watches. Like Richard Branson 😆
Guesses what the other knife is? My guess SOCOM
No one can tell the difference with the M390 tweak. I say BS marketing ploy.
I agree
Same as Magnacut vs 440c..
@@johnj.baranski6553 ...how
By that logic you might as well accuse them of using D2.
@Evan Acey no one can tell that diffence either
Unfortunately with microtech, if it's a manual then they'll only make 100 a year, then go back to making 10s of thousands of ultratechs.
That's the excuse for the Chinese deal
You are only thinking on convenience of a purchase. Steel prices? Production? A lot goes into a knife. Why prices of good knives are just gonna go up right now.

How do you introduce a special new steel made specifically for you and not have any idea how it is different? More spice? LOL come on
That kind of data is 100% proprietary 😂
@@fate930 lol I`m not buying a knife in 2023 when they won`t tell you what the spice is my guy

I hate clip design . Replace for sure.
Chinese?
Im unsubscribing if George gets replaced no ifs ands or buts
Kind of a disappointing showing from Microtech
