Hi i just make it today (just a suggestion) if you like crunchy in your macaroni, i suggest you to cut your carrot into tiny bit or cubes and you dont need to blanch your carrot.
Also thanks for the recipe love it

The water of the boilef chicken should be used for the pasta. Best to boil both chicken and carrots for flavor instead of cooking in separate water

​@@cheiidoquenia3165yes, that's how it is in our family and to all others i know. We make two kinds of macaroni salad. The sweet one for the kids which is the macaroni fruit salad. And the other one is the chicken macaroni which should never have condensed milk.

Nakakatawa nga eh. Others are pointing out na it is pinoy style. But there's a big difference. The fruit macaroni salad is the one with condensed milk. Chicken macaroni should never be sweet even if it's pinoy style.

Nice recipe but i will omit the condensed milk and use just white sugar to taste and the all purpose cream too...and instead of chicken i will put ham but even without the.chicken or ham it will still be delicious..minsan.kasi nakakalansa yung chicken.
