Being kind when the other is rude and unkind. Think Love Lives in me. Let Love lead you, the words of Love shall sharpen your tongue. Love is Courage in the face of fear. My anxiety has been so awful lately. I've been trying to understand God, and I thought I was sinning by meditation. I got so terrified. I thought I I couldn't handle anything anymore. I kept reading, and getting more terrified, and studying and burning up with anxiety. Trying to find it. I have been trying to find Jesus. I came to this, and it shook off a little bit of fear. Thank you for this. I am learning to accept that I am actually loved by God and He does not want to just smite and punish me all the time.
I'm going through the same thing
Anxiety is terrible. I’m dealing with it while sick. I have to remind myself that negative emotions do not exist outside the mind. Meditations that allows me to let go of those emotions feels good.

I’m trying to get closer to God. Because my and I am inspires me every day to get closer to him I know he’s MIA because when Moms Work threw out a hard time and he was there with her every step trying to help her out❤️😇 thank you god and this Meditation is so relaxing I know I feel great and happy
