Wow, a great argument. It seems to me that the best option is to protect the native oysters until they are sustainable. That may not be possible with th level of development in the region. People want great expanses of green lawns, golf courses, and local produce. All of those things include an incredable amount fertilizer (organic or not) which flow downstream. The things that are flowing into our watershed are a result of the lifestyle of the farmers and the recent implants. I have no answer.
