No doubt at all! I think most of the ppl that criticize her may actually be jealous of her stunning looks. If she had a stronger body and taller height, I’m sure she will be even more highly praised.

I wish she had also been sent to Miss Universe, Miss World or Miss International. I think she could have potentially won one of those also or at least placed very well. Also, I must say that the production of this pageant is excellent. It is actually much better than western pageants (like Miss Universe/World.)
I am happy that you mentioned that! I really find Grace Chan to be stunning. Her eyes and smile is stunning. Certainly one of the most beautiful Miss Hong Kongs ever crowned! I wish she would’ve competed internationally as well! The second runner up Moon Lau competed in Miss International 2013 but didn’t place (like expected). As much as Grace’s stunning face would’ve been noticed, her height and body likely would’ve cost her a chance in the semifinals. And, the organizers of the pageant TVB didn’t care at all for preparing their winners to the big three pageants. Without proper training and preparation, Grace would’ve been noticed but likely would’ve been unplaced. Victoria Jane Jolly is an excellent example. Stunning face, decent height but clearly under prepared at Miss World 2002. Despite being a major favorite that year, Hong Kong did not make the top 20 at Miss World 2002. It’s unfortunate but if she was representing Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, etc., she would’ve been trained well and likely did well in the big three pageants.
I really think Grace's only shortcoming is her figure. I think she's too skinny and petite (and a few inches too short). She would be dwarfed by the usually very tall contestants in International pageants. I think the most beautiful Miss Hong Kong winner is Michelle Reis (Miss Hong Kong 1988/Miss Chinese International 1988), she has the face (kind of special like Grace's because she is mixed, Grace's ethnicity is often questioned as well lol), tall, elegant, and has a model-like figure. But Grace is certainly one of the tops for her facial beauty, intelligence, and charm, definitely one of the best winners in recent times.

Then everyone hated her because she was talking about her relationship with Kevin Cheng nonstop. Poor woman lol.
wow i didn't know how badly she was talked. But if you look at Charmaine she was also really disliked in the beginning by her squeaky high pitched voice but now she's so respectable actress
Forgive me but it is quite unfair for No 15 she's been placed with the most significant one during the first campaign. Personally like No.15 better than No.9, she looks more gentle and amiable, while No.9 lady seems too standout and sharp.
