I have a '97 Tahoe on 37's & in need of a complete overhaul after the 4L60E took a shit. Was contemplating selling it but why buy another truck when I already have a solid foundation. Thanks for the inspiration! 😎

I know it's probably gonna wind up with some type of fabricated/tube front bumper but the 3500hd trucks have a filler panel that would fit below the grille and clean up the front a little bit

F-350 rear shackle mounts work perfect just remove the Chevy shackle Mount and end repo F350 drops it almost 6 inches just from the mount.

I’m running 37”s on a stock front end (pickup) it rides like $&@? Lol ball joint flip cranked torsion bars and 3.5” blocks in the back and a 3” body lift lol
Off road it’s decent with a nv4500 but don’t steer to far frame doesn’t like it haha.
Man that Tahoe is making me feel a bit jelly lol

a shitload. probably least 5 grand per axle. another 5 grand minimum suspension.

That is one mean Tahoe. Will you be putting a radius-arm kit for the obs Chevys into production? If so, will the crossover tube be necessary?
With so many different options (Front axle, Transmission, T-case) its hard to put a full kit into production. But if you give us a call at the shop we can go over your build and get you set up.
Is this kit available for the gmt400’s? I looked on the website and it’s not listed. My 95 2door must have this!

Wheels right through the Rubicon and drives down the highway at 75+ no problems. Super stable.

joehatrix well I don’t have that motor but a similar set up at least build wise some different parts on mine . Mine is a budget build compared to this thing and I got 13k in mine
