I love that you described Kelly as a Disney princess because I totally see her as Amy Adams in Enchanted now
your honesty in your explanations about your opinion is so refreshing. especially when you speak about makeup.
Funny, I love mixing the inn beauty face glaze with the kosas revealer foundation! Goes to show how personal completion bases are lol
I’ve been listening to your videos while I work for like a week straight and I feel like we’re friends now. I’ve been out of the makeup game all of Covid and I’m just now getting back in. Your makeup preferences are literally the SAME as mine. I’m gonna go broke from all of your awesome recommendations 😂
Same! I started playing with makeup again just recently and boy did I miss it! Also, listening to Kackie talk is so fun and entertaining!
this is a long shot because it's a slightly different spin on this tag but would you be willing to consider a Hannah Louise Poston-inspired "if I had to pack a beauty bag for a month, what items would I pack so I don't miss/dream about them" :D I suspect there may still be just one of each base/brow products but then a handful of ride or die colour items (I say this as I tend to pack items almost by colour story/feeling rather than texture... just a thought :) great video, once again! thank you
Love these videos and your so refreshing in the beauty community
i loveeee that you made this video, and i couldn’t agree with you more that kelly gooch indeed is a disney princess, and i say that to her allllll the time!!! i’m still dyinggg to try the face glaze and pmg’s eyeshadows and blushes. i adore my rare beauty bronzer stick and i grabbed it the instant that it released on instinct and i can’t stop using it. thank you so much for the recommendation for the item beauty concealer. i absolutely love it. ♥️♥️♥️
The way you described putting powder on top of the face glaze & kosas foundation mix sounded just like putting powder products on naturally oily skin in humid climates!! Even though powders are historically recommended for oily skin as opposed to cream, they go on blotchy and tuggy and parts get dark and wet
Kosas air brow is 👌 I love finishing it with NYX-LIFT & SNATCH! in my sparse areas keeps them tamed and looks natural.
Would you ever consider doing a crash course video on color theory/ color pairings?! It doesn't come intuitively to me and I don't have an art background, so I would LOVE the insight!!!
I have almost gotten through my westman atelier nana and was debating between that and picking up VB bikini - thanks for helping me make the choice!
How does the rare beauty bronzer stick formula compare to the em cosmetics so soft bronzers?
I got the divine rose palette when it went on sale and HOLY MOLY its the best!
Oh I love these videos, so helpful!
Fun idea for a future video. Mandy Lee just did a video on what shadows she would choose if she could create her own perfect eyeshadow pallet. It was such a fun video, and as soon as I finished it I thought, “oh I wonder what kackie would pick?”
This whole look is gorgeous as always!
Pat McGrath always just brings it all home. Amazing.
I'm a little slow in figuring out your loves as I'm a newer viewer, but just have to say, this video reaffirmed some of my current loves, like the face glaze, and also made me salivate over some new ones! I'm not really an eyeshadow pallete person, but this one? I've gotta have it now! 😂 Also, love thrive causemetics! Fell away from their mascara for a few years stupidly and haven't been able to successfully find another one that actually works for my eyes like Thrive's does. Everything else ends up melting down below my eyeballs, ha! Long story longer, was looking over their lip liners again and saw the kackie one and immediately thought of you and how you had to try it! Not only does it rep your name but it's a beautiful color for you too! Like I said, just figured out you've played this game before 😅 Love your energy and so enjoy your videos! ❤
Loved this video! I can’t believe you were able to make such decisions!
I LOVE this tag. So much fun.
Yay !!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm totally taking notes ❤❤❤❤
Just recently found your channel, and it’s great! Really enjoy watching your videos and I think your hilarious.
Hi, Kackie. Love this concept! SO helpful. I've been wondering about the setting spray that you've been using lately. I'm still stuck on the Caudelie Beauty Elixir spray. that you introduced me to last year. That thing gives me life. It feels so luxurious & makes my skin glow every time I use it - both with and without makeup. I'm willing to give the Mac Fix + a go, too - love that it's a lot cheaper. But surprised that you listed the matte version - is that correct? I think I would miss the glow of the Caudelie elixir. Does it really mattify? Worried that my 62-yr. old skin will look worse. Thanks for your boundless devotion, energy & incredible detail. Love you. xox
@@mizshellytee Right. Just surprised Kackie is using/linking the mattified one.
it was a mistake! i checked the video in 2k, she doesn't use the mattifying one. :)
Loved this video! Are you able to tell me what brush you used to blend out your concealer? It looks amazing!
That’s the concealer from the Angie hot and flashy collection from BK beauty
patrick ta contour doesn’t have a variety of shades it has 3. just trying to clarify not trying to criticize your choice.
Thanks Kackie, I love these videos, that Inn Beauty face glaze , 😬I'm in Australia and can't find it anywhere, lol I think some random place was trying to charge almost 100 dollars 😅 I actually go to sleep thinking of dupes for it because I need something just like that. I have the Hollywood flawless filter but it's very thick and was looking for something to thin those full coverage foundations out with a little glow added. Face glaze I will dream of you until you slip down under.😍
Can we please have another Kackie Wardrobe Video?!!!!!
The item concealer has been on boxycharm for $9 bucks so I picked up a few 😅😅
Totally had to pull out my divine rose palette! I was going to make myself use another palette that is underwhelming me and now I just don’t want to. 😆
So I ran out of my chantecaille and tried the Lisa Eldridge on your recommendation and I like it very much. But it's a bit less dewy on my very dry skin and I'm wondering if next time I will go back to chantecaille. Haha too many choices! 🤯
I love your makeup look today :) would you be interested in doing a video on red-toned brown shadows? i love love love them, they make my eyes look amber, but it's only like very mustard-y mid toned browns or red toned browns. Most browns i find are too cool or too orange and no, idk why red or yellow ish work but orange doesn't. BUT we seem to both like similar tones so i'd love to see that! or even just a reply with personal faves
Wish you would do again with your top hi and lo pick from each product!
Do they Thrive minis anywhere? I saw someone use one and have been searching ever since.
What brush did you use for your blush and bronzer?
So as much as I want to love the Kosas brow pencil, maybe mine is faulty, the freaking "lead" in the pencil wants to fall out. Like it isn't attached to the inside of the tube, if I tip the tube upside-down while using it, it just falls out. So because of that I haven't really used mine very much so I don't know if I like it and it makes me sad.
I think if you can keep a contour and a bronzer, why not keeping a cream blush and a powder blush? 😁
What would be your powder bronzer of choice? I think we all need 1 cream 1 powder. 😁
I like the lipstick, that you are wearing. What is it?
Lol did we expect anything else from you to pick two blushes?? 😂 idk what it is about my skin (or my makeup skills) that any time I apply ANY blush, it always exaggerates texture/removes coverage no matter how gentle I am in my application ☹️ does anyone else deal with this?? Somebody help me! Lol
I’m super into all things shimmery and shiny however, I have sun spots that I want to conceal and that area has texture. If I want to add blush without messing with the coverage and not emphasizing texture I lightly go in with a matte powder. I don’t have a lot of matte blushes but I’ve been using a Bare Minerals blush or the newest Persona recently. I apply it lightly with a brush. It’s been a real issue for me lately. 🙄
Cream blushes can emphasize my pores but don't have that problem with powders. I also lightly set my base before applying blush. I also noticed that certain sunscreens can mess with my foundations.
Do you consider the Face Glaze a primer? If not do you have a primer pick?
I would have an itchy neck and I would scratch it and as soon as someone saw the effect they would freak out and ask”What happened to your neck!” I was always oblivious and then realize I had scratched it. Your no melatonin twin.
💚🥰💚
Is highlighter so dead you completely skipped it? That makes me so sad! lol
im sorry but those ice cream cones in the background… idk whats wrong with me
She seems like she's talking to herself.
So I watched this while getting ready this morning and realized once I finished my makeup that I applied Kackie levels of blush without consciously intending to and I am really feeling myself right now 💁♀️ Felt inspired to tell you that for most of my life my makeup aesthetic has been to get rid of as much redness as possible and I never touched blush (driven by insecurities and ptsd from years of bullying about my rosacea as a kid, fun stuff) but ever since I found your channel last year I've been embracing the blush life more and more and am really enjoying it. Thanks for being a driving force in me finally overcoming my redness insecurities after 20 years and discovering a love for blush 💕 haha
Hope you're having a beautiful day Kackie!
