Phoeyu is the biggest Ope hater, he'll literally fix anything that makes the fruit decent (Mes bug on Santa event, Tping people to water with Shambles, trying to fix movestacking with Shambles and Kikoku X), yet Venom stays broken as hell and he doesnt care. At this point Ope shouldn't even be Mythical if Pho insists on making it unusable

Not even Tact is usable anymore, the only reason it was strong in this video was cuz he used his room with max stats and then reset them, because the scaling on that skill is fucking awful.
