is your business franchised Jack if it is then why don't you use a CRM i think i know of one that could benefit both your employees and you it's called P4P which stands for Pay for Perfomance it allows the employees to have access to all the information that the business has access to in addition to the fact that the employees earn more money the quicker they finish the jobs at their job sites while also allowing them to take a percentage of the Lobour revenue as their pay which means that you wouldn't have to give them raises
I like that idea, we aren’t looking to franchise however we are looking to expand
My worry with this is, employees would start to rush jobs, resulting in standards dropping. Wouldn’t be for my GM business but could see how it could benefit other businesses.
When you lower your prices, you can get more jobs, but you're making less money on each job. If you raise your prices, then you get fewer jobs, you're not working as hard, but when you do work, you make more money.

It's just common sense isn't it! Work out what it costs charge more to make a profit not rocket science
