To get Megiddo you need to pray in the labyrinth until a greater water spirit is chosen (a superior version of the water spirit (you can pray more than once too, the cooldown is 20 minutes if I'm not mistaken)) it also has an auto target version, in the options there is a key to change the skill mode (+- like you change Gluttony's mode to consume blocks or fluids, almost the same thing, only instead of pressing shift + skill key you press the key (to change mode) + the skill key). The predator can only be caught when you reincarnate, but now the skill exchange scrolls (and the other 2 too) are craftable, so if you come with a kind of bad skill, you can exchange it if you farm enough to craft a scroll (basically a good skill is one that allows you to copy skills (or not, it depends on your play style, but copying skills is pretty stealing and makes you evolve quickly), and they are (predator gluttony and pride and maybe one or two others that I forgot) (there are some others like spearhead that give you the skills of your subordinates when they die (you can't be the one who killed them)). The Otherworlders now no longer drop their unique skills by default, now you have to go to the mod's settings and modify the drop chance (which already comes as 0% and goes up to 100%) To become a demon lord the demon lord seed is mandatory and you can only get it with 200k EP, and when you have it, everyone The mobs give you souls, the higher their EP, the more souls they will give you, I think it is 1 soul for every 1k of EP the mob has The only difference between the mastered predator and the normal one is that the mastered one has a shorter cooldown, if you want to evolve it into Gluttony, you have to use Predator on the Orc Lord (Orc Lord is different from the Orc Disaster) when it has less than 10 life (10 is the Predator's damage, you need to kill the mob using Predator to have a chance to get its skill) then if you have enough magicules you will get the Starved skill, and if you have enough magicules, the Predator and the Starved will evolve into Gluttony, from what I remember you need about 100k of magicule just for Gluttony, for Starved I don't even know how much you need but it should be about 25-50k (when you get Gluttony the Predator skills and starved do not disappear). Resistances and nullifications of certain types of damage need to be activated to work, there are also some skills that can be activated, such as Strength, which gives you strength 1 when activated, but when mastered it gives strength 2 (if I'm not mistaken, it may still be strength 1) and can be activated for a permanent strength effect. When I say activate, I don't mean use the skill, but rather go to the game menu (B key by default) and click on the skill and there will be a little box at the top that will tell you if it is activated or deactivated, or if that specific skill cannot be activated.

Becoming a demon slime for the extra health, magicules, and infinite regeneration would definitely help against Charybdis. It'd also give you resistances to almost every damage type ontop of the Body Armour skill that gives some extra defense points, with another level over that being to find and predate a Lizardman for their Scale Armour skill to stack ontop of your strengthen body and actual armour items. I'd also highly recommend putting Shizu on the bucket list for Ifrit in order to obtain the Ranged Barrier skill along with Degenerate, with Ranged Barrier you can master it and unlock the Multi-Layer barrier skill which gives you an extra level of protection that needs to be broken before your health takes damage. Save the True Demon Lord Awakening for until you have most of the resistances, as it will turn every resistance you have into a nullification. I'd also recommend holding off on it until you find a Tempest Star Wolf and endow it during naming, that way it'll evolve and let you receive the Black Lightning and Ultra-Instinct skills from it after the harvest festival triggered by your awakening. You'll also probably unlock Merciless after your awakening if you have 20k souls, it's a neat skill to have to major crowd control. There's probably more tips I can offer, but I'm really tired and can't think of them.

Wince you are a slime you can only become a demon lord and not a true hero, but you really should wait as long as possible before transforming since it boosts you quite a lot, you should also get as many resistances as you can beforehand since they become immunities when you go demon lord
