I noticed that and asked too. Actually they decided to add the en-suite bathroom later and a deciding wall so they working on creating another window and the window in the bathroom was for the bedroom before the new changes. 🙏🏾❤️

I’m living in America my first project was so hard to do and I left it without finishing it because of the was no was I trust to help me my family members were there for the money, I just brought my second site next to the sea that was I’m going to build my retirement home, and I’m saving so that I will be there when it starting I’m so excited I already put an 4 corner rondo by the help of strangers and septic tank, and poles for fence just to mark my territory

It is cheaper to build a house in SA as compared to across the Limpopo River. The house is almost complete and with only a bill of about £17 000. Probably the total costs can go upto £27 000 including furnishings, plumbing, painting, ceiling including skerming, floor tiling, maybe an additional £5 000 for paving outside.

Just details on the house and the actual cost breakdown, suppliers or even meeting the builder would have been much more comfortable. I don’t build houses. I share developments happening in rural areas of South Africa as a citizen. Go to a rural area you want to build on and ask the chief on how you can do all that. 🙏🏾❤️
All is way too expensive in the suburbs. Builders are a ripoff, hardware stores extremely expensive, land hardly available and if one finds it, it cost between R500k up.
Honestly the big question that most people have in your video is knowledge on how to acquire land in the rural areas for eg KZN., for people who dont have ancestral land and are in the towns of joburg etc

Bear in mind, children are growing and have their own life preferences. This neighbour was staying alone because his girls got married and the sons bought properties in different places. People came to steal curtains, dishes, pots and utensils from his big house. He couldn't hear anything happening in his house because of the size. This happened in broad day light or in the evenings while resting in his bedroom. The second incident happened to an elderly couple. People were stealing from their house in their presence. They couldn't here anything. Some homeless people were also sleeping in their house and they didn t notice that until a visiting son caught them red-handed. They were cooking also there. They did no physical harm to them anyway. The one I saw with a passage like an hotel!!! Sorry.

Who is goung to buy that house in a rural area when such disadvantages hit the family? The law of first borns being heirs was scrapped long time ago in South Africa.
