On the last video, someone commented that using mesh sparingly is a mistake, and you should just throw it all over the map, since the normal ground has a natural "resistance" to creep and will make it slowly deteriorate, whereas mesh helps stop that resistance and once the mesh turns blue, it even gives a passive generation of creep. And in the past I've seen so many comments from different people saying that Tom should do the exact opposite of what others were saying because of wildly differing reasons. I guess the point is, just let the man play and learn?
@@ucheehQ mesh simply makes creep follow the mesh path. People do get it confused with the other blue terrain which generates creep. its hard to tell the difference all things considered
@@ucheehQ it probably doesn't help that in creeper world 3, you wanted to spread its version of mesh all over the map (at least from what I remember). That probably adds to confusion.

Two Lovecraftian inspired games you should check out Tom: 1. Desolatium. First person point and click Lovecraftian game where you solve puzzles and face Lovecraftian creatures. Only a demo at the moment but worth checking out I think. 2. Call of the Sea. It's an adventure/puzzle game set in the 30s on an island in the pacific with clear Lovecraftian influences. A really beautiful game with good puzzles. I think you'd like it a lot :)
I didn't used to rate skimmers because they often don't generate any creep or destroy things, but these Scimmer units that build a dozen at once really show off how much the stun can break a defensive line

That final attack reminds me of the tried and trusted C&C single player strat of building a base strong enough to repel and attack and then building a massive army of top tier units that just wipes out the enemy base in one hit

Tom I love you but I wish you'd never started playing this game. Mesh should be used like a hiking trail foot path, it helps direct you the easy way. If you spread it every where though, it becomes a parking lot.
