Shadow. Any mage spec. Balance. Any warlock spec. Evoker. All are better than ele imo.

@DirksDiggler not many defensives. Damage is ok, but I wish we had more spells other than lava burst. Lightning spell. And earth shock. I'd argue all the other casters just have a better overall kit than shaman. But totems OP.
