What GR are you hitting with this? With my Current Hallow Set ( All 13 pieces Augmented with lvl 100 Gems) I'm able to reach GR105 min, can roll through 90-95 with ease. But I'm lacking a bit on my Shadow set, it's similar, I think to your last build. Can roll through 85-90 at almost with ease, but get dropped a few times in GR95, can still manage to complete the GR in a decent amount of time though. Haven't done 100s with the Shadow Set build yet.

You don't need movement speed from paragon points with the shadow set.

I run at 115 to 120 each season with between 1500 and 2000 paragon points
