    you don't need red meat with an ocean full of fish ... meat is so expensive now ... oxtail now $25 kg !!! ... lamb shanks $28 each at a restaurant !!! Unbelievable , I couldn't give them away when I had my butchers shop in QLD ! that's why I'm retiring to Thailand
