love this video. thanks a lot for sharing! I struggle with keeping my core engaged in the full handstand (need to see if you got some videos on how to cue for this during the HS). I am okay with straddle handstand so I will start there.

So that is actually an outstanding plan. First get your straddle handstand right if it comes easier so you can get used t being upside down and build time under tensions before then using this knowledge and base skill to dive into more advanced/difficult progressions such as the legs together handstand. I have a follow along class that you will like a lot. Check it out: ua-cam.com/video/Tz3ro4Bs4Ko/v-deo.html

Hey Coach, I just had a question. I purchased your one arm labs program a month ago and it’s going decently well, some exercises are difficult and others I have progressed at immensely, but my left side (non dominant) is not as strong as my right and I’m really struggling with some of the one arm specific training on the left. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Hey! Thanks for training with my programming. Happy to hear progress is already coming your way. It is completely normal that 1 side is hanging a bit behind the other. We all have a side that is less mobile, less strong, least coordinated or simple less dominant. My recommendation is to enjoy the progress on one side whilst doing your best to keep up with the other one. Right now most important is that volume stays about equal between both sides so your back won’t hurt! Use your better side for technical breakthroughs and then copy paste what you’ve learned to the other side. Hand 2 will pick up eventually but keep in mind that there are plenty of hand balancers who don’t ever bother leaning the second side (not what I would recommend)
