For the first time ranked seemed more fun than casual thanks to azaan.

Man I stopped ranked and got demoted for inactivity (such I was tilted of ranked).
I was spamming casuals, but Azaan popped out.

I understand that lore wise he is the most powerful character they've released but did Hi Rez really have to put that much power into him in game? Apparently yes.. because they needed you to feel his overwhelming dominance.
Actually, Yagorath at full power is far more powerful than Azaan.
Well lore-wise, Jenos is powerful too, but ???
@@calluk2770 Jenos used to be absolutely insane. He's gotten nerfed a ton.
@@davidkiller61 Yeah I used to main Jenos before. He was balanced before OB64. Then he was buffed tremendously after OB64. Got nerfed a lot afterwards. When the P2W system was removed, his buffs was removed but the nerfs wasn't. Now he is weak AF.
Ok but Raven, have you tried wall spam Azaan? Both wall cd reduction cards (regular and one on reckoning). It's a fun point playstyle that is also incredibly unfun to play against.
Now, consider this. Trade District. KOTH. Azaan wall spam, with Tremors Inara. Fernando or Makoa with shield talent. Grohk.
It is the nastiest thing I think I've seen in the history of Paladins. You win off capping, don't even need a kill. But of course, killing is easy too. Just bring a Dredge or Tyra or something so if they dare touch point they get melted.

From looking at Azaan gameplay he looks unbelievably fun to play, he’s fast, has combos and (if he were balanced correctly) looks like he could require a fair bit of skill to use
He just doesn’t die, I have never played him not because I haven’t got him unlocked but because I’m sure I’d get bored playing him or annoy the enemy team

When Azaan popped out, Paladins lost almost 20% of their players (according to Steam Charts).
They reached players' limit at this moment !
Even tho Azaan is an interesting champ,
I still don't understand how could a TEAM of devs NOT see that something WAS (and is still) wrong with.
All I’m saying is moji destroys azaan
I am a player that left paladins but still watch paladins content for entertainment, and i dont think ill ever come back cause of the state of the game tbh ill just play Overwatch its probably a toxic place and not many updates but atleast Overwatch is "fair"
@@chandlerstroud5082 Nah, she doesn't. That cc immunity on dash also cleanses magic marks, so good luck getting full damage on a smart Azaan. And he can outlast her in a duel due to his survivability, easily. Not to mention, he can stun her into a wall for 2s or just fly away if he somehow gets low, and she can't catch up because her mobility sucks. Only good thing is her ult. At least Drogoz has crowd control and more reliable damage against Azaan, and better mobility too.
@@AndrewChicken If Moji use his Barrier and Scamper, he's left all naked on the battleground. Nah, Azaan is a true problem.

besides, i started to see the problem in a loadout like that when an Azaan player dashed over one of the building in Fish Market
Instead of nerfing Yagorath Hi-Rez decided to add another overpowered tank into the realm (now we have double the problem)
Ive noticed with the right character Yagorath is super easy to take down on the other hand ,unless a "debilitate" skye works with a high damage champ, you usually need the whole teem for that damn Azaan

If they reduces his overall health down keep the kit the same nothing more and even if you were to give him back what he was originally expected drop his health to 3400 to 3600 it would fix it

@@bigblue7975 his high Dr and self healing and bariks health is low to so it will work barik has no Dr and his self healing is lower then azaan so lower health works

Azaan is everyone's childhood bully that is going to become a chad
Azaan: creates walls to block enemy
Raum: creates a mental wall from the enemies fear (basically spawn camping)
N u can charge in to tanks to get them off the map n ult after to save ur life n get a chad kill with a dope combo

I used this guy once to release my stress. I abandoned my point and chased the enemy's Kinessa back to her base, while their Nando and Grover ran after me in a futile effort to save her, cuz she died, and I dashed back to my team. While we're at it, my team took down their two poor flanks left in a 4v2 situation. It was so satisfying and terrifying to be that Kinessa
