@@13MILAGRITOS Ellie is one of Randall's old friends who was in love with Lucas. Lucas got hit by a light bullet demon thing if I recall correctly and became a demon (or the demon took over his body, either or) and with the appearance key, changed into Dodge. She's also Rufus's mother.

Ik! I’m pretty sure they knew Dodge had the Identity Key too so why they never even considered the possibility that it wasn’t actually Dodge is beyond me.
@@ir0ngamer393 adrenaline running probabaly scared for their life cos they just opened a door with a blue frame in a cave so there s\cud be a some justification to that.. but yeah it was pretty obvious that dodge wasn't the one that was thrown in

I knew that “Dodge” was Ellie the whole time because I was thinking that it would be too easy for that to be the real her.
Just finished re-watching season 1 ready for season 2! Glad I did because there was a few things I'd completely forgotten about. Only just realised recently that Gabe is also not a real person at all, I thought he was real then Dodge started using his image, but apparently the face key doesn't allow you to use a real persons image, it just lets you create a made up image. This might be helpful information going forward as I don't recall this being explained in season 1.
I totally forgot about this great show ! I am so glad they made a season 2, let's go bingewatch it 🏃🏽♀️

Season 1 felt like a buildup for the much darker and focused season 2, a very good move tbh
I predicted almost everything that happened at the end of season 1 including the fact that they actually threw Ellie and not Dodge and the fact that Dodge was actually one of the friends. But I didn’t think it would be Gabe! I also didn’t expect Eden to get hit. I was rooting for Gabe to be with Kinsey. Now I’m just sad haha

So what exactly is an "echo"? If lucas and gabe are made up faces how did the echo get them enrolled in school? It can change and choose those 3 faces or more whenever without a magic key. So what is its purpose?

Odd that this isn't currently available on Netflix directly.
You know, if you added this to the start of Season 2 it would have helped a lot in me watching it.. I was 10 mins in and it was so long since I watched Season 1 I was like "Who is this now? Whats going on now?" And I wasn't about to go watch all of season 1 again so I could remember everything.. Anyway, didnt watch any of season 2 other than the 10 mins...
And now months later find this on UA-cam..
