I loved the old stadium but even though it was on the SAME site it still was remodeled in 1978 and not REALLY the ORIGINAL stadium anyway. I had my doubts about the new stadium but it's great there. In the old stadium try watching the game while you are going to get a drink or food. You couldn't. This one is totally open which is much better.
This guy totally stepped in shit. Gee, going to games and starting the roll call every night. Real talent. Anybody can do this obviously. I WOULD do it myself but I have to WORK EVERYDAY.

Seriously, I think people would take you all more seriously if class and tact were practiced. Otherwise, like most"misunderstood groups", "yous guys" are oblivious to the joke that you are outside of 212/718/516...
As a longtime Yankees fan myself, but never having had the opportunity to make the trip for a game or being in either stadium, I can say this pretty objectively... sadly, everything has to come to an end. The old stadium is legendary, but times change. It'll eventually happen with Wrigley and feway too. I was devastated when the leafs left maple leaf gardens... it was sacrilege what they did to it.. but new memories get made by people, not the brick and mortar they are visiting.
