Emmy (sadly): Here we go, we are already late for the opening…
Handy-Andy (calming down): I need 5 more minutes and we can go!
Emmy (angry): I heard the same an hour ago! Police for children.
Handy-Andy (happily): Ready! We can go!

Handy-Andy’s car leaves garage. It stops beside the shop. They get out of the car.
Handy-Andy (seriously): Emmy. I hope you remember that we agreed to buy just a couple of statues for the garden, that’s it!
Emmy (smiling): Of course!
They leave the shop. Handy-Andy is carrying big bags.
Handy-Andy (skeptically): What are you going to do with all this stuff?
Emmy (defiantly): You will see soon!
Emmy’s garden. There are many gnomes’ figurines, fairy that is peeking from behind the house, and a fountain in the garden.
Emmy (delight): Look at this beauty!
Handy-Andy (kindly): You are right! You did a great job! I need to go now. I’ll come tomorrow and connect water to the fountain.
Emmy (fun): Have agreed!
Police station.
Major Harry (indignation): There are lots of garbage on the streets, the walls are painted, all flowers are gone from the flowerbeds!
Officer (worried): Is it possible that a gang of vandals broke into the city?
Major Harry (thoughtfully): Don’t think so! But we need to stop that!
Handy-Andy comes in.
Handy-Andy (outraged): Just imagine! Somebody decorated a New Year tree with my tools, like toys!
Officer (seriously): How can we find out the joker?
Handy-Andy (puzzled): I suggest flying on Megamax at night and looking for the joker who cannot sleep!
Major Harry (lively): Great idea!
It’s getting dark. Night. Megamax hovers over the city.
Handy-Andy (surprised): Look!
There is Emmy on the street. She puts the banana skin on the hood of the car.
Officer (seriously): We are landing!
Handy-Andy (shocked): What are you doing, Emmy?!
Emmy puts one more banana skin and leaves. Her eyes are closed.
Major Harry (worried): She is a sleepwalker! (further behind the scene) Sleepwalking is a disease. A person walks in a dream and unknowingly performs actions that he does not remember when he wakes up.
Officer (puzzled): She didn’t act like this before! And why townspeople started to behave disgracefully in a dream?
Handy-Andy gets the gadget.
Handy-Andy (puzzled): I knew it! They are affected by some kind of radiation. We will find the source!
Handy-Andy (seriously): Radiation comes from the figurines! I will take one and do research!
Major Harry (seriously): Ok. So we will wait for you at the station in the morning. Now we need to take people to their houses.
Handy-Andy (indignation): It turns out that figurines radiate negative rays. They provoke bad traits in people. However, they can affect only those who is sleeping.
Major Harry (worried): Sure! In a dream, a person relaxes and is easily affected!
Officer (puzzled): What can we do about it? We will close the shop. However, half of citizens bought figurines there. It’s impossible to find all of them…
Handy-Andy (lively): I went by, and the shop was already closed. It was definitely somebodies sly plan! I know now how to protect the citizens! Let’s go.
They leave the station. It’s getting dark.
Major Harry (impatiently): It’s midnight! It’s time!
Handy-Andy presses the button on the remote control, it starts to blink. The ray is pulled out of the plate. (Move the camera further from the city). The whole city is covered with a translucent dome.
Handy-Andy (lively): I created an emitter of good. It neutralizes the negative rays. The citizens will sleep well now!
